I got a rim for my Ford Ranger from my mechanic "Clippermill Auto" it is used and cost $80. I did not want to deal with a junk yard, and Clipper Mill Auto got one quickly.

Yeah it wouldn’t be a stretch at all to say the War of 1812 was, at best, a pyrrhic victory for us, in the sense that we survived at all. The British thoroughly beat our asses and considering that’s what the anthem was written, it might not carry the connotations of defeat to them.

I've started calling a couple at random and didn't get much success. I was hoping to avoid Honda dealership as dealers tend to cost more :-/

Call around. I'm sure some tire shops have them, or can order them.
Also, check with some local Honda dealers. Call their parts and labor departments and find out if they have any of your rims in stock.
Edit: or just use tirerack.com

What's the deal with the traffic/planning master plans? When I left (2014) Violetville/Morrell Park had a master plan for Wilkens/Caton/I-95/Washington to prevent too many trucks and save the green space. Look at it now. massive construction. Constant heavy truck traffic. No improved infrastructure. No widened roads or changed signals. How does that even happen? 4 major projects in 2 years IN THE SAME AREA. All paved over green space for big trucks.
I'm in the same area as u/Animanialmanac.No one can get traction with DOT because we're not connected to the council person. Porter doesn't give a shit if isn't the tiny part of Pigtown where she lives or the one block here where her friend lives. My block was supposed to get sidewalks regraded because the tree roots buckled them. Project cancelled. Why? I know it's not streets but sidewalks is under Transportation. I work in the business. The sidewalk fix is a 2 week job max. The sidewalks are dangerous. What's up?

I guess this is splitting hairs a bit too, fair. They definitely did a bit better on round 2 vs the 1770s resettlements I was referencing.

Hmmm...and those nails look perilously close to the unrepairable zone.
Those tires look like they're a wee bit expensive, too.
Nothing beats discovering a flat tire with a nail in it, only to discover that
- The a-holes at the car place overtightened the lug nuts. Even to the point of the studs getting sheared off when you finally wrestle the lug nuts loose. Oh, yes, it can happen...
- The wheel is kind of welded to the hub, necessitating a frantic search for someone who knows what they're doing with regards to tires, and can apply just the right kind of whack to loosen the consarned thing
"Ho's" brings to mind human reproduction, and in that vein the individuals who scatter vicious debris on the roadway need their breeding privileges revoked, or something surgically removed or tied off, etc.

Its not even about whether it was true or not. But I think that you are wrong.
The final provocation was that men who escaped their bonds of slavery were welcome to join the British Corps of Colonial Marines in exchange for land after their service. As many as 4,000 people, mostly from Virginia and Maryland, escaped.
Whether manipulation or not, the British kept their word to Colonial Marines after the war, refusing the United States’ demand that they be returned and providing them land in Trinidad and Tobago to resettle with their families. Their descendants, called “Merikins,” still live there today.

If we are taking into account the politics of the entire world, the US and Europe are to the left. What with allowing women to go around unaccompanied and all. If you are only talking about Europe I would invite you to expand your horizons a bit.

Yeah that makes sense. A lot of the major issues i see, I don't think the left-right wing paradigm really encapsulates.

The verse is not wrong in a retconned sense that Black Loyalists were doomed, for the British/Canadians were happy to abandon them in corners of Nova Scotia to starve and fend off racist whites, but yes the verse is bad and while I enjoy this country's anthem I do wish we'd formally codify it as the first part alone.

I don't care which side it was from. I'd prefer the national anthem not have war references.

Yes, kittens go fast! MDSPCA has online adoption portals so check there everyday and apply online asap. It’s not “kitten season” right now so there are less kittens in general. You’ll have more options in late spring-early fall. Also consider getting a kitten that is slightly older, or even a young adult cat. Promise they are just as fun and you can avoid the stage where they are tiny demons with endless energy :)

If you are looking for an exact match on the rim it's probably a situation where the dealership will be your best bet. Pretty unlikely that one of those random tire places have a one off of the exact OEM rim that you need just lying around. Anywhere you go would need to order one so if cost is an issue you could try sourcing one online yourself but might take a bit longer to get than the dealer/tire place.
