They are not perfectly good buildings, the article says they are dilapidated and can’t be restored. It says the church was gifted these buildings and has paid a lot of money to try to keep them up, but they are structurally not sound. The other thing to consider is you know what happens when there’s a vacant building in the city. I do think it’s very sad but it is also not right to force the church to keep this up when they are saying it is near impossible.

I unfortunately had to get a new rim for my 2015 Hyundai a couple months ago. I called Crazy Ray’s and they had one on a shelf already removed.

You might have the same luck since your Honda is a 2014. I think anything older and we would have had to roam the junkyard looking for a replacement. 😅

I only paid $30 👍

You can find a pretty complete list of every concert in the city at the BaltShowplace tumblr or on their IG of the same name as well as a list of all the venues and their addresses. You should look at Ottobar, Metro Gallery, the Crown, Keystone Corner, Joe Squared, Zissimos, and Holy Frijoles for music. The Monument Lighting is happening in Mt Vernon Thursday night, big Mt Vernon neighborhood event. No apartment of any size has been available for only $600 for like 15 years, in that price range you're getting a small room in a rowhome with roommates.

Fells Point for music.

Eat at Ekiben for lunch.

Check out Cat’s Eye Pub. Live music every day, and people there will often know where other live music is.

Don’t go to anything owned by Atlas Group. It’s all mediocre, overpriced, and owned by racist shitheads.

Other areas to check out: Hampden, Remington, Charles Village, Old Goucher, Station North, Mt Vernon, Canton, Fed Hill

A $600 apartment seems exceedingly unlikely. Single rooms in houses are offered at $900.

If you find a studio/one bed in a decent neighborhood under 1200 you’re lucky.
