Never stop on the tracks. And they will just honk at you (but not crash into you) if you are. The lights are usually synced to let you get out of there if you do get caught.

Fair amount of time but new to living in Baltimore proper so not much time driving across downtown like that. And you are correct it was the light rail.

The Traffic light above the street was blinking yellow or the lights on the side of the street warning that a train was coming was blinking yellow?

That's the light rail. The traffic light didn't also turn red?

The Light Rail might be the most reliable method of transit to be honest. Where are you planning to board it from? I've taken it countless number of times and never had an issue with time, or safety.

I think they use 5 year olds for designers.
My first grader just made a collage of his favorite things that was pretty similar to this, just swap the expensive hotel for a shark and it's nearly identical.

If the MARC train was crossing E Pratt, there has been a serious miscalculation in train speed by the conductor.
What you saw was the Light Rail, assuming you were at Pratt and Howard? What color was the traffic light?

To the victor goes the spoils. Baltimore city didn't elect Hogan so he has a limited incentive to help them out. Also the red line is more focused on a misguided sense of "equity" as opposed to running mass transit through as much high density as possible where it makes sense. Mass transit through low density rowhome neighborhoods like W Baltimore doesn't make nearly as much sense as through neighborhoods where you have 5-10 story buildings.
If you really want mass transit to work like I do, a Towson to Inner Harbor subway is the best shot at making that happen. It could take thousands or tens of thousands of cars off the road every week and that corridor has plenty of density. Couple that with an upzoning of all neighborhoods along the way and you have a workable proposition.

This happened to me once when I was about to jump in my car and go to work one morning and discovered I had a very flat tire. In the 30 minutes I was waiting for AAA inside my apt, I got a ticket. You better believe I went to court and fought it- and won!

With 6-12 breweries inside city limits, they go with a national brewery outside the city.
Yes, I know it's a tourist attraction and they probably pay Visit Baltimore for advertising. Still such a sad wiff.

Absolutely no one has ever said that.
Ride share apps are far safer than taxis is what is most often said (and clearly true).
