Yeah it looks like it’s finally being covered now. It was concerning me that as of yesterday afternoon there had been barely a single mention of the fact that multiple people were kidnapped over a 3 day stretch and robbed of their entire checking account balances at gunpoint and there was not even a police PSA warning about it

there is a hotel near the inner harbor - can't remember the name, but my friends and I used to go in there and go swimming all the time and nobody said anything to us. That was back in the mid-90's though. One of my friends pissed on the hot rocks in the sauna once...smelled up the whole area.

No, it's pretty obvious that the thing is an Instagram Story with a link to a list of things to do and that those are shopping bags. The above commenter even edited their comment to say "shopping" when it originally only said "plain paper bags." If you think it takes the CEO who themselves definitely didn't make that social media post to figure that out, that's on you.

A new comedy club just opened in Fells called "The Port" I haven't had a chance to check it out yet, but have heard from multiple people that they have good talent! It's BYOB but the Abby Burger next door will sell you a growler if you want. Then go to Cat's Eye for live music & people watching!

The Book Thing is an awesome nonprofit that does completely free opem book giveaways to the community once a month.

I've seen so many teachers stock their shelves there and kids get excited about reading by picking whatever they wanted.

The officer can try to pursue, but as soon as they radio that they have a vehicle failing to stop, the first question a supervisor will ask is “What is it wanted for?” If the answer is “traffic,” then the supervisor is most likely to order that officer to stop pursuing so as to not run afoul of Policy 1503.

This is why you see extremely selective enforcement of traffic and registration infractions. The drivers with egregious violations are not likely to stop. Those who do stop are the exception rather than the rule; and because they actually stopped, they are more likely to get a warning rather than a citation.

>I'm not surprised at how common this practice is given that city car insurance rates are barely affordable for well-off, safe drivers.

It's gotta be a huge feedback loop. Higher accident rate and uninsured motorist rate drives up the premium which just incentivizes more uninsured motorists.

After my wife's car got stolen during a home break-in, we paid almost as much in monthly insurance as we did the new car note. Otherwise flawless records on both parts...

The "Nitro Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout" isn't a nitro? You should let them know so they can correct their taplists ASAP! I would highly recommend it, though. Seemed like a nitro to me!

Also, if they poured me that beer and put it in a Guinness glass, it would still be a Guinness because it's a Guinness beer brewed at the Baltimore Guinness Brewery. What an absolutely bizarre hill to die on.

The stout that u are claiming that it is, isn’t nitro. Now claiming it might be a different stout… yeah ok sure. If I put a pale yellow glass of beer with BUDWEISER on the glass, are ppl going to think it’s Budweiser or one of their far less popular beers? The Guinness open gate brewery is great to visit but ur argument is idiotic
