Its a shame what Hogan did to the Red Line and the MARC System upgrades that he shelved... Parking enforcement was forced to lay off a few employees during Covid. They can hire in a way that police can’t.

I get off work at 4:30pm on Wednesdays so I’ve had luck being there right at 5pm on Wednesdays multiple times and been seated without waiting. Usually just a party of 2 but twice with a party of 4.

Also you get happy hour before 7pm M-Th, $4 off margs and queso.
