I used Jeff St. Clair from Main Street Home Loans. It was my first time buying and I had no idea what I was doing but he was very helpful. I probably could have gotten a slightly better deal somewhere else but he did a fantastic job and everything went smoothly.

I’ve never used really weed to “party” (I don’t really do enough to get silly high even tho I have the capacity to) it’s always felt regulatory. A way of resetting to zero - be it pain or anxiety - and refocusing to aid in functionality for me. Same goes for a lot of med patients. It’s nothing like it in process - but to me it’s like the difference between adderal for an ADHD brain vs a NT brain. Some ppl it’s super strong and altering/fun, and for other people it works w their brain less intensely and helps them feel “normal”. Tolerance also plays a major role.

Yes, please. I would like to know information equivilant to the science of the metabolism of alcohol.
We know , as a general rule, that alcohol takes 1 and 1/2 per hour per unit to metabolize. One unit being 1 ounce of liquor, 4/5 ounces of wine and 12 ounces of beer. Yes these amounts vary based on the ABV (alcohol by volume). But they are a good starting point.
So..... with this science we know that an average sized person will be impaired (in terms of driving) for 1 and 1/2 hours per drink. And people can figure out how many drinks is too many before they hit the .08 BAC in MD for impaired driving.
Are there any similar benchmarks for people to use using marijuana?
If there are not, how will people know when they are legally impacted in terms of driving? How can people make an informed choice?
I smell weed coming from other peoples cars literally every day driving around 695. How many of those people don't know that their judgement is impaired because they've never been taught when is too much.

There are no gates on howard street. The point is the driver felt entitled to drive around the gates as they closed and now he's dead.

This is definitely true. Maybe just a quirk of my own experience but my sellers wouldn’t consider my offer unless I had a local lending officer. I was coming from another state so initially presented with one of the big National lenders.

It’s a mobile phone sized clickable ad to a larger website, not a map or phone book.
Yes, the bags are funny.

A less safe but still effective is the late night car cry. The 195 loop around UMBC is very quiet late at night.

A great group of people we are fortunate to have the support of. 🥰

That's a good point. I'd rather do business with someone who acknowledges my existence and contribution to the transaction, especially since I am the primary earner and the one that handles the majority of the family finances.

I really liked First Home Mortgage and Fulton Mortgage Company/Fulton Bank. I would have gone with either but went with the one that gave me the best deal.

Lmao I wish this was not the case... But it is. Mine was sold in that time period, although the lender I originally selected still manages it from the front end.

The point is they weren't down yet and that it's possible for an operator error to cause that to happen again. Which is literally what almost happened to the OP.

I used primary residential mortgage, inc last year when I bought my place. Name of my specific officer was Kaoru Forbess - he was good, no drama. can’t speak to the husband dynamic you mention but I was buying as a single woman and he was totally professional.

We used Allan Gushue with First Home Mortgage twice (original loan and refinance). Great experience all around and always got the lowest possible rates.

I mean obviously you don’t know about the famous Bagby Brown Bag Company in The Bagtown section of Baltimore! LEGENDARY. Known for being the PLAINEST brown paper bags in the business — no small feat!!
Named after Ogden Bagby, just in case there was any confusion (total coincidence he worked in the bag industry — came from a long line of astrolabe tuners).
It was so well known they almost renamed the city “Bagtimore”, with a city anthem “In the bag in Bagtimore!”.
Next you’ll be telling me you don’t know about Archibald Pescocero, the squid mayor (1887-1888; sadly assassinated, fried, and eaten) or the horrifying wiener schnitzel hurricane of aught six??!!
Kids these days, am I right??!! 🙄
