Damn have you seen all the signs, meters, striping, poles, signals, multiple thousand pound hurtling metal boxes, and more uglier shit on every street in the city?

Super confused about all the visit baltimore slander! Didn’t realize a tourism website could cause such hubbub

It's clearly needed. Cars are consistently parked in the bike lanes of the areas that aren't painted (between Fleet and Eastern).

Oh I haven't been able to find out anything about it online whatsoever, so I was hoping you had a link to an event page or something

Run by a local Southwest Pilot.
Empowerment Through Aviation (ETA) honors the memory of former Navy pilot, Brigitte Jacobson by supporting young women from Baltimore City public schools as they pursue careers in aviation. Our programs inspire young women to pursue their dreams, prepare young women of color for flying careers, and help to diversify the ranks of licensed pilots.

Uber to and from and you’re good. You’re probably good either way (of course, depending on where your hotel is), but you’re definitely good if you Uber. Rams Head is deep in a sectioned off area that has security, definitely safe, and Kix is great at Rams Head!

The big three will snatch it up after sure, but the right lender absolutely does matter a whole lot in terms of the rate and relationship and you are asking the right question. We went to three lenders, one of them had a rate much lower than the others, and also offered much lower terms on mortgage insurance. They also were local, knew our realtor and their way around things. We were ready to close in no-time.
The other people we went to were rude, gave much worse rates (think 10% higher), and also accidentally emailed sensitive documents to randos they used to work with (these people were with FirstHome, which I see is getting a lot of positive reviews below...so the individual really does matter).
Anyway, my wife and I can recommend this guy: https://www.primeres.com/chadpiunti

Not sure where your hotel is, but try and avoid walking down Baltimore street after the show. That area, while safe, is full of strip clubs & drunk patrons.

I think I met one of the owners at the MDOT presentation up in Lutherville, he spoke well in favor of rapid transit improvements in the north-south corridor. He was heckled by the geriatrics who are terrified of minorities moving into their neighborhoods, but he spoke well nonetheless. I’m encouraged to see small wins like this as it gives me hope that the big improvements will come - the cancelation of the red line really made me feel cynical about any actual (non-car focused) improvements in the city.

Not 100% unless you go to a broker. The lender will be able to tell you if it is 100% which many companies it will be because they aren't approved to begin with.

You see a lot of people doing drugs by the market, but none of them are gonna bug anyone. Mind your own business and you'll be fine basically.

FNMA isn't a servicer, they are the 'guarantor' of MBS. Basically they take about 0.5% interest of every loan in the country in exchange for guaranteeing the end investor will be made whole up to 80% loan to value. They are the most profitable entity in the country, and basically enable a stealth tax. There is value in what they provide but they produce profits that are just crazy. Wells Fargo is still probably about the tops, but they service loans for FNMA, and aren't producing like they used to. Given their book though, they still service probably as many or more loans than anyone. Wells has been reducing its market share as of late, and has the asset cap I think. Not a big deal. Still huge.

Used to use it daily for work, now I ride it a couple times a month.
Are you coming from north or south? If north my advice would be to park at Timonium Fairgrounds, if South then North Linthicum. Both have ample free parking and are right off the highway.
Might see a few weirdos and be sketched out but its safe. Just mind ya business

Rams Head has two levels of balconies, so it may be easiest for you both to stand along a balcony so she can see and you won’t have to worry about the crowds as much as on the floor level.

Just went tonight and it wasn't too packed, plenty of space at the bar. Get there right at 5 and Its usually ok. Someone told me that if there is a long wait they went to get a drink at Harland and they will text you when there is a table ready.

I worked with Primary too. They had an office in Canton that was convenient for me at the time. Had a great experience. Just know that like every small lender, they will transfer your account to a big lender like Wells Fargo about a month after closing.
