There are other games aside from co2 and methane and other issues with burning trash. Air quality around incinerators is markedly worse than away from them and things like nitrous oxide and ammonia are expelled in the smoke that comes from them.

I'm not saying eliminate incineration, nor am I an expert but solely looking at greenhouse gases ignores a lot of other issues with both scenarios.

It's worse than burning trash because

  1. Not all the methane is captured. Methane is 80x more potent than CO2 and incineration generates none.
  2. Not incinerating leads to a larger landfill footprint with long term environmental effects. (I agree that consuming less is better but I don't see that happening).
  3. Waste incineration generates significantly more power than this methane recapture.
  4. It's easier to mine the trash for recyclable metals after trash has been burnt than if it's in the dump.
  5. Western Europe and Singapore have used incineration with great success. Just because BRESCO failed to comply with EPA standards and the EPA and MD state failed to enforce proper filtration does not make the entire method invalid.

Thank you so much. I am talking to my university provided counselor right now which helps me mentally. The wife has been an old friend. I find it very excruciating involving her in all of this.

Actually, my lawyer does say that if I get a peace order against the husband, he can get a subpeona for the landlord, landlord's wife and Respondent's wife. Who will have to take an oath at court. If they lie, it's perjury. Which is because I was there as well.

The rest depends on my lawyer to fight my case on other grounds for harassment + trespassing as he was living for months without legally having any right to do so. Because verbally this man has admitted to harassing me in front of his wife, and my landlords. I can get my housemates testimony for this man's presence in the house for months as well. I want to do good to my housemates. I don't want a subpeona for my other housemates.

If my landlords backdate a lease. I mean it's going to be long. I don't really think my landlords are that in love with this man that they'll pay for 1000s of dollars to fight a case that they got into due to this man.

But I am in it until there's some judgment that I am satisfied with.

The Blast leaving was more Ed Hale having a falling out with the City and ownership of the arena. They did play there for almost 40 years prior to the move.

The NHL Board of Governors actually came to Baltimore prior to expanding with 6 teams in the 60s. Even then, the sightlines were so poor they refused to put a team here. That team ended up going to St. Louis to become the Blues (which ironically enough is the NHL team I avidly support).
