I swear if we could get a decent bagel sandwich in a quick and to-go environment. I loved the Perk but their sandwiches were awful. Microwaved eggs and rubber bacon. Gimme a way to order via mobile and maybe 3-4 parking spots designated as pick up <10 minute parking from 7-9am

It was open for 20 years, so I'm not sure it's fair to say it "failed." As for why nothing has happened with that spot, the economy isn't exactly conducive to opening a restaurant or coffee shop right now. Costs are extremely high, employees are hard to find, and customers just aren't going out as much as they did 3 years ago.

They are talking about the vacant storefront on the SE corner of Eastern @ S. Milton where the coffee shop Patterson Perk shuttered a while back.

This should be your move since it's closer than some of the other spots I've seen listed. I'd go Alma or The Helmand if I'm out that way.

Cinghiale in Inner Harbor East. Excellent food, cocktails, and service. A lovely restaurant.

Eh, I think it depends on where you park in the garage. If you park on the down side, nearer the exit, it takes less time to leave.

Well that’s not true. Hockey players wear jerseys, some people just call them sweaters because that’s what players originally wore in the early 1900’s when the games were played outside.

Leaving after the show super sucks though. We did street parking at the last show we saw. To be fair, it wasn't a Saturday night, but it was not hard to find.

Make a point to park in the Grand Garage. It has an entry straight into the theater. Makes life easier, especially if the weather's crap.
