And I don’t think it’s the ultimate solution but I look at it like… how many men in prison have male-on-male sexual contact which they would never be doing otherwise except for due to the complete lack of any other alternative for sexual contact? Trying to continue doing the exact same thing certainly doesn’t seem like a solution, too… I would take a reduction over the status quo especially since there’s likely no way to completely eradicate this behavior 100%
