I live in Bolton Hill - have used xfinity for about a year and had maybe 2 days where connection was spotty/they announced an outage - and even then only for a few hours. I know lots of people hate xfinity but honestly I’ve never had any issues.

I use their $30 a month plan, bought my own router to save on those fees. I work from home and game a bit too and it’s always been plenty of speed for me. The signal is a bit weak far from the router, so you might want to look into the specs on their hardware if you plan on renting a router from them.

As for set up - I went to their store in the Rotunda (they let you make an appt. in advance). Got set up in maybe 30 minutes? Came home and did a self installation - had internet same day I moved in.

The 1970s was the first and last time the fed gov was throwing money at Baltimore. Many many great buildings, in West Balt were demolished and replaced with civic or social buildings. Rather than re-purposing the old, developers wanted a clean slate onto which they could lift their leg and leave their mark.
