I decided to stop lurking and make an account for this one. Hi! Absolutely Heresy at the Ottobar is worth your time. Batz Over Baltimore is this Saturday at the Depot and definitely a good call as well. As for the Metro Gallery they tend to have a lot of bands come through that you'd probably enjoy. Also, their/my monthly, MetroSchock (as you might have guessed from my name) is pretty well attended. January might be a little odd though because a lot of people that usually attend are going to Magfest but you should check it you regardless (1st Saturday of each month). Hope this helps! (P.S. there are absolutely more things to check out if you're willing to drive a bit but I didn't want to go overboard)

claddaughs has surprisingly good fingers/tenders. they're hand-breaded and thick, quality breast meat.

Honestly, Royal Farms is the answer. That's my go-to whenever I want cheap, good chicken fingers.

I mean, the only reason he settled there was because his migrant group ran out of money while travelling to Texas (which is why the area is called Texas, Maryland. FWIW, pretty much all of the original village had been built over by the quarries decades ago.

Super Fried (I never knew their name when they were in the old market) Korean chicken stall in Lexington Market; Chicken or Egg on North Charles has great fried chicken/chicken box - not a fingers person but they should be good considering their jumbo wings.
