I doubt it would be as profitable as you think. The amount of extra traffic court cases would increase drastically. Extra staff to maintain and calibrate would cost tons, incorrect tickets that would need to be checked and removed, thousands of people extra in court fighting tickets, additional staff to process literal millions of tickets not to mention the widespread hatred of city government spreading for insane government overreach. Let's also not forget how much it would decrease what little tourism money we get too as the entire country will know baltimore as a city of murders and insane traffic cameras.

A better solution would be to properly time lights and increase bike and mass transit infrastructure.

My opinion is NEVER do it on the internet. Go to a local bar and strike up conversations. Be respectful and do your best to LISTEN to what the other person is saying. I’ve gained an incredible amount of knowledge of how people live and some of the struggles that they come across in their lives that I would have never even thought of. On the flip side, once you show that respect and prove that you are truly trying to learn, you can share your opinion without being immediately labeled as a racist which will 100% happen with an online discussion.

I find that a lot of these conversations are better done one to one, and in person if possible. It is really hard to not either just find an echo chamber or a battle royale on public online forums, in my experience.
