My insurance company does that all the time for my wife's bloodwork. Latest EOB LabCorp claimed it cost $384 and the insurance said "fuck you here's $17."

Baltimore is not a cruise ship. Restaurants work on the concept that there is a profit to be made or else they don't stay in business. Getting labor to work late night would be more expensive than during the day. One would have to put the restaurateur in an area they could be certain that it would draw a crowd. Even Sip & Bite is no longer open in the wee hours. So there will need to be some location and incentive to be open.

I didn’t mean Brewers opened 15 years ago to clarify. Dionysus closed in 2011. And then club chuck was closed for several years between now and 2011. There weren’t as many mid ranges spots when Liam Flynn and Daughtery’s closed. But now there’s so many quality alternatives in adjacent neighborhoods
