Lol. I missed a week of working at Hustler for jury duty once a few years ago. I was sad. I have jury duty after the new year. This is a side question but did they raise the pay? It was $11 a day when I was on jury.

I've had several other surgeries with locally renowned surgeons. When I asked the top docs who they recommended for torn labrum and bicep, the answer was Anand Murthi at MedStar. I'm all fixed up now.

Free WiFi is useless nowadays with high speed 5G being a thing, lol. Was nice while it lasted

As someone who grew up in NYC and moved to Baltimore recently. Step one, is to stop the mindset of "looking for NYC". Works for travel too. You wont get the pizza here, you wont get the bagels. Im a bodega Kaiser Roll breakfast guy, you wont get that here. I dont think ive seen a dirty water dog since ive been to Baltimore. When i miss nyc, i go back. If you plan on living in Baltimore for a long period of time, find what you like best about Baltimore. Overall, ive been more then happy with my move and look forward to staying.

The book you should bring if you wanna get dismissed is either We Own This City or I Got a Monster. Of course this is Baltimore so they often just take warm bodies.

Hilariously, I didn't get dismissed even though my employer was a civil justice org that, among other things, has a huge criminal defense and civil rights component.

Oh that's very cool! Something like slipping and landing on my back would completely knock it out of joint right now. I'd imagine you're experiencing that level of force semi regularly in the rink so it's really cool to hear that you're doing well.

I can hardly remember what 80% of my pre injury stability felt like bc it's been messed up for so long, even though it's actually gotten significantly stronger since then due to all my efforts to avoid surgery. Sounds like I should just do it
