I just reread the Slow Regard of Silent Things by Patrick Rothfuss. And this book feels like a hug. I know it's not for everyone, it has no dialog, no plot, 8pages of soap making and a protagonist that's so precious and delicate and strong, but broken. I know many of you are disappointed by Rothfuss that he won't publish the next book of the kingkiller chronicles, he might never finish it. But find a place in your heart for Auri and the Underthing. Even if you don't know the Kingkiller Chronicles, this book might be what you need in this exact moment.
