one of my toxic traits is that i'm a hater through and through so i'd like to hear which books you guys hated and why! i know you wanna tell someone how frustrated this book made you feel so go ahead and let it all out.
i'll start, short and sweet:
Animal by Lisa Thaddeo, i read it recently and it made me want to rip my hair out one strand at a time.
The Ritual by Adam Neville, this one is so sad cause the movie is one of my favorite horror movies ever. the book is just sexist, and fat phobic the entire time. the characters are unbearably boring and awful. the story was draaaagging so much that i wanted to scream.
The Glass Hotel by Emily St. John Mandel, the most boring book i've ever read with the most one dimensional characters ever written. i was literally getting mad at how awfully boring it was.
