I make ok money at a tech company. My girlfriend and I split a 1 bed. But because rents are just absolutely fucking silly high, I’m able to save maybe a couple hundred a month?
Are people here actually saving enough for down payment money? Does anyone have a plan to buy a house here? When do we all decide to move to New Hampshire?
Edit: for those asking I make 75k, my half of rent is 1300 in Malden. And I have a car w/ $300 payments
