Did anyone else get a giant-ass tax refund from the state?

Apparently there was a $2.9 billion redistributed back to Mass taxpayers this month, based on chapter 62F and the state had exceeded the cap collected for FY2022.

I was very pleasantly surprised! Our state is really awesome.
