For me, it’s Frank’s towing for their predatory towing and sketchy requirement of cash to retrieve your vehicle. As well as the realty management at State Financial Services, who are not only incredibly unpleasant, but often threaten their previous tenants with litigation for poor reviews (go check their Yelp). While no one chooses to be towed, you should steer clear of State Financial.
