Don't ever go to Ireland and rent a car at Dublin Airport. The first thing you encounter leaving the airport is a big ass roundabout with traffic lights. You just got off a flight that landed at 5AM, you're in a rental car, sitting in the drivers seat on the wrong side of the car and driving on the wrong side of the road.

I can handle it. Im from there. But I pity the poor average US tourist that has no clue.

I think Ireland invented traffic lights on roundabouts. They are everywhere and they suck.

A compact umbrella stroller is my preference for kids over 6 months, although I always carried a moby wrap as well in case they got fussy. I have a backpack diaper bag and it was never a problem. I don't think they'll look twice at a carrier pack, even with storage.

Walking past an auto body lot isn't very pedestrian friendly in my experience.

People around here will complain about parking for everything, even in places clearly built for the convenience and comfort of train riders when they have better options not even far away.
