You have to go there in person to cancel. There aren't really any BSCs convenient to Roslindale though. A great deal of them closed in the past few years. I used to go to have the Passport memberships and would go to the Newton, Watertown, West Newton and Allston clubs years ago. All of those except the Allston one have closed and parking sucks at that one.

I could see Sam in so many neighborhoods. I picked South End over the Seaport because he’s a respectable business owner, and while still a womanizer not the animal he used to be.

Dianne would fit in in Back Bay or Beacon Hill.

I didn’t think about Hyde Park for Carla but you’re right and I think that would be a better fit than Dorchester. I was thinking her kids would be the guys that would un-ironically wear an OFD bucket hat.

I picked Seaport for Norm because he’s totally a finance bro. He is married though so Polish Triangle or Savin Hill could both work.

I’ve lived here a year and have been to the west part of the city like once so Roslindale and West Roxbury are the same thing to me and Cliff strikes me as someone who would live over there.

Coach is such a wild card! Maybe he inherited a house in Roxbury still lives there, and he doesn’t hate it at all.

Woody could also live all over the place. I picked Southie because he probably likes the beach and would hang out at Stats in his time off.

For some reason I can only see Nick in Revere lol.

I take back Beacon Hill for Frasier he would absolutely live in Cambridge.

I don’t think you’re far off, some of mine are just for the sake of being different:

Sam - a former Red Sox pitcher, would absolutely live in the Seaport.

Dianne would live on Beacon Hill.

Carla would live in Hyde Park but tell everyone “it’s Readville” (it’s not).

Norm would live in Dorchester but like, the Polish Triangle in an Irish battleship.

Cliff would be Roslindale.

Coach would be holding fast in Jamaica Plain and absolutely despise it.

Woody would be Charlestown but near the monument but pretend like he’s from the projects.

Nick would live in Eastie and also hate it.

Bonus - Fraser would live in Cambridge.

Should be fun. Drunk college students. Drunk folks that think they're still in university.

Do you have tickets for Friday or Saturday? Friday will be the semifinals, so two games, Saturday just the one final game.

Cliff doesn’t strike me as a Somerville character, I could definitely see him in Roslindale or WR.

Frasier is absolutely Beacon Hill!

I don’t spend enough time in Eastie to get a feel for the neighborhood but I was thinking Carla would fit in around that part of Dorchester right before you get to Quincy.

Consider the full compensation package as well. Ex. Do you want to get a master's? You can easily do that without going into any debt either at the extension school or through TAP. Make this part of your consideration metrics.

Ha that's hilarious. I thought I had tickets to an NHL playoff game. I don't know much about ice hockey (obviously) so I'm just hoping for a fun night out!

Make your broker earn their fee. Tell them what you are looking for and make them find you places that tick all the boxes. Every triple decker I've ever rented had a gas stove and heat/hw.

They are going to be phased out though, so maybe expand your search to include induction cooktops if you are looking in luxury apartment buildings. You may find they are the best alternative.

You can ask realtors/managers before you tour I guess. It’s not an unreasonable question, just not a common one. I ask weird questions that are relevant to my search all the time, like is there a tub because I don’t like standups. If you know what you want, they’ll appreciate not wasting time showing you things you don’t. Hopefully.

Nah, that’s Boston express, which is a private bus line that’s run by Concord Coach. I’m talking about Logan Express, which is run by MassPort from Woburn, Framingham, Braintree, Peabody, and Back Bay. If you’re coming from north of Boston, I’d recommend Woburn as it’s right at the junction of 93 and 95
