Oh, man... I haven't been to Au Pied de Cochon since the summer before the pandemic and now I'm suddenly desperate for it.

I agree, but there’s a free shuttle from Airport.

It’s never about how far you are going, it’s always about how long it takes to get there. 🤣

Reply to Does anyone know of a reasonably priced painter in Boston? We are looking for a painter for our nursery. The best quote we have had so far is $950 for ceiling, walls, baseboards and 2 doors. $950 seems like a lot for a 10x14 room. by lolotaylo
I paid 1500 for 2 rooms last year and I’m in the burbs. You might find cheaper out there but it’s not a crazy high rate

Silver line is free, and let's you onto the red line (and all of the subway system) free.
OP had to pay for the last leg bus and that was it.

I had a room painted last year that was a similar size and the quotes from well regarded painters in my area were about that (including paint).

I haven't noticed any difference. Same intervals, same route. The trolleys weren't that fast to begin with.

A painter for the inside parts of your house? For only one room?
Are you elderly or handicapped?

All in the same color, or with decorations? Do the walls currently have a darker paint? Are there any holes that need spackling?

That's about right.
Alternatively you do it yourself. Painting is very easy and mostly prep work.

You are the most reasonably priced painter in Boston. Painting is the ultimate DIY project.

You could have walked faster.
I used to regularly walk home from my office on High Street, it's not as far as you think.

Contractors make out like bandits. That seems about right for what they'd charge. 1 days worth of work with maybe max $200 of paint, tape, drop, brush, roller, and $750 for labor lmao.

Hi everyone, if you are experiencing these symptoms and get a diagnosis based on lab testing, please DM me if you don't mind. I just heard about a patient in a precarious situation who had been experiencing gastrointestinal symptoms this past week and perhaps one of you could help expedite their diagnosis. Thank you!

Is this all post COVID? I've flown out of Logan and back about a dozen times and never had an issue getting to and from the airport. I can't say I've ever traveled during rush hour, but these days rush hour feels like it lasts from 6AM to 10AM and 2PM to 6PM.
I would usually take the silver line too, it wasn't really that much of a hassle. I haven't traveled since December 2019 though.

I mean, we exist, I'm not exactly thrilled with Markey and Warren as my Senators for instance. I would gladly vote for a Charlie Baker/John Kasich/Mitt Romney type over them but the Republicans are so far off the wagon that I voted to reelect both of them.
