Reply to comment by lolotaylo in Does anyone know of a reasonably priced painter in Boston? We are looking for a painter for our nursery. The best quote we have had so far is $950 for ceiling, walls, baseboards and 2 doors. $950 seems like a lot for a 10x14 room. by lolotaylo
ITT are a bunch of people who don’t understand how physically demanding and potentially dangerous painting would be for a pregnant person. You’re right to outsource this - but unfortunately like a lot of things it’ll cost you to pay the problem away around here. Pay it and move on.

My wife is a professional therapist and what's out there on the background of the story she says is full of holes.

Let's not let perfect be the enemy of good. Education costs and housing costs are both problems that need to be solved. If community College becomes free, that's a big step in the right direction.
Reducing the cost of housing is more complicated, more controversial, and will take longer.

Im not so sure it’s about efficiency. It’s about properly cooking food. I myself have not tried a good induction stovetop so I’ll not make an opinion yet. But my understanding is that you need a really good one to have the same ability to control the heat and very specific cookware.

Resisting the change doesn't make induction cooktops worse efficiency wise. It's just a matter of familiarity and bias.

City on a Hill with Kevin Bacon and Aldis Hodge. Written and produced by the same showrunner who made St. Elsewhere. Takes place in that universe because "St. Eligius" aka St. Elsewhere (aka St. Elizabeth's, cmon now) is a location. It's on Showtime.
Also, St. Elsewhere.

It was earlier than that. I left work early, around 1:30pm, and there was already a 42-minute delay on my drive from the South End to Neponset Circle.
I went Dot Ave/Old Colony/Morrissey in the end and there was a ton of traffic there too.

If there's one thing that sucks about Boston, it's literally everything that has to do with transportation.

Can be super tough to bell like not step out for a few minutes maybe grocery running low, maybe it’s a quick work call etc who knows. Always easier for people without kids to be like why they leave her alone!

i have nooo idea how trains work so maybe someone can explain…a signal problem underground, from the sounds of it, was preventing the tracks from switching.
but that would mean the tracks were just leading to the wrong place, yeah? so how and why is it considered BETTER to evacuate trains and make people walk back to copley in the tunnel, rather than just continuing any “stuck” trains into the next station, even if they ended up on the wrong side of the platform, and letting passengers out there?

Agree with the person who said start with 2.5 mg. One thing I’ve noticed with edibles is that sometimes the thc Is not mixed evenly within the container of gummies and some will be stronger than others. I like the Coast Cannabis ones and haven’t run into this issue with them.

Reply to comment by jtet93 in 2 Young Children Killed in Duxbury Home, Authorities Say by Boston1_
The medical community is failing or failing to prioritize appropriately. I have been dealing with same for my son at Boston Children’s. (My 7 year old stopped eating). It’s ridiculous, but they let non medical people make the important decisions. My heart breaks for everyone, this could have been avoided and unfortunately an event like this won’t shine a light on how the system failed her and ultimately her family. All the talk about mental health being so important is just lip service unfortunately.
I pass the house twice daily as it’s near my sons school, my heart breaks over and over for all of them.
