I would say both.. In fact, X360 has still big community, but I doubt in online services on that gen.. You know, we are 2 gens further, so I don't see point

PS3 because it's the only way to play PS3 games without streaming them. Many Xbox 360 games are backwards compatible on the Xbox One or Series X.

Series S is a massive upgrade also accounting for the price tag for it I have one and I couldn’t fault it your only downside would really be that you have no disk drive and also not that much storage and the storage upgrade is quite pricey

I own a ps5 and a series s. The series s is an awesome console and should not be overlooked.

I find this gen has been more about quality of life and speed upgrades rather than anything dramatic in graphical output.

Quick resume is a game changer.

playstation sucks.

But also consider/remember you can buy a storage device to connect to the Series S. With that, space is irrelevant!

Game's on the series s run really smooth, I got one about a week ago and the difference is night and day compared to the ps4 since that's what I was playing before. It's all I need as well since I think 4k is pointless and way too expensive. Just my opinion though since I know people will prefer graphics over how games play

As a hardware collector, I refuse to vote. There are some far better consoles from days gone by that are not on your list, therefore the vote is skewed.... PS will win because its the current biggest seller. Simple as that, not actually because it is the best console.

I bought a Series S and couldn't bear to keep paying for a monthly subscription to Gamepass or paying the premium price for digital games. I sold it and went back to my PS4 Pro and it's huge catalog of pre-owned games. For me the digital only aspect was a problem.

Suppose it depends on what games you plan on playing really and what quality you want to play them in. If your just a casual gamer that plays fortnite, call of duty fifa ect id go xbox but if you play proper games like god of war, the last of us, uncharted red dead 2 then sort ps5 is the way to go.

Apparently there's some kind of promoted download thing that exists but you can turn it off. At least what I'm learning from the post I linked. Also apparently icons can download so it's possible I may have mistaken it for that.
