Welp, gaming console are made for gaming specifically, and then there's affordability too. Can I afford for another high end PC if anything happens to it? Probably not so soon but can I afford for another gaming console and still play the games that I wanna play? Sure. Of course some play on PC because of certain functions like customisation and etc. I like to relax and just press a play button and start gaming. It's just much simpler on consoles.

You are welcome. Hm, I’d say the PS5 is a better option because of its exclusives. Even if someone says this generation is still lacking exclusives (R&C: Rift Apert is the best next-gen exclusive you’ll currently find though) you can play enhanced PS4 games with your PS5 and that’s a good thing, because there are many PS4-only games you can find out there, and you can’t emulate PS4 at this moment even if you have a very powerful machine.
Since we are talking about a console+gaming PC combo, I can’t recommend the Xbox Series X/S at this moment due to its lack of exclusives, even if the Series X/S has some neat features such as a better controller (at least this point is subjective), and the possibility of quickly resume your games even if your console was turned off. You can easily play most of OG Xbox or X360 on your high-end PC through native versions and ports, or emulation, so backwards compatibility is out of question here.
In terms of hardware, both consoles are almost equal/same level, and these more modern videogame generations aren’t compared to what consoles were (hardware-wise) during the previous generations such as 6th and 7th generations, except the more accessible Xbox Series S, which is weaker compared to the less expensive PS5 Digital Edition.
So yeah, I really think that all things considered, the PS5 is a better choice.

Good to know.. appreciate your insight! Which console do you enjoy the most as someone who already has a high end gaming PC? I’m trying to have the best of both worlds!

Yes. I have Switch, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation 5 all connected to my 4K TV. When I want to play Nintendo exclusives or more casual games with other people I have my Switch. When I want to play PS4/5 exclusives, I have my PS5. And when I want to play Xbox (kinda) Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X/S, I can easily play with my Series X as well. Also, I have a retro room with all my retro consoles, and handhelds, so I don’t need to emulate them on my PC.
Even if I had at least one or two of the consoles above, I don’t have enough patience to change my GPU, CPU, RAM, PSU or SSD constantly like when I did in the past. I don’t care for playing on “Ultra very high settings” anymore, and I only use my PC (which is fairly good, but non-gamer) nowadays for playing specific old games, and for producing music.

PS plus has 3 tiers
Essential, extra, and premium.
Essential has only play, monthly games, cloud saves and some other stuff,
Extra has everything essential has and a game catalogue functioning similarly to game pass, with new games being added every month.
Premium has what extra has but you can get PS3, PS2, and PS1 games and also game trials.
Prices vary per area but where I live premium isn't worth it so IMO if I could I would go extra, cause some of those games are really good and can last you a long time

As I said, you have to do some research, can't recommend any since i don't use headphones 😗.
Btw series S is an amazing deal if you just want Bethesda exclusives on Xbox while keeping playstation as your main console.
And no, while there are no tricks to PS Plus membership, they sometimes drop a 50% discount on Ps plus price on big sales if you want bucks for your money, just gotta be patient 😉

Depends on you, for me it's not worth it, just buy a reasonably priced headset and a battery charger separately, search on amazon for best deals and don't forget the Gamepass trick.
But don't forget that playstation is also a good choice if you don't care about paying 90CAD for new games and their subscription service has amazing titles since the revamp to PS Plus.
Good luck buddy 😌

Is the package with Pulse 3d headset worth it? Or buy without for $130 Canadian less?

Ps5 for exclusives and controller.
Xbox for Gamepass and Bethesda.
Pick your poison 🥴

Can't you just buy a PC though and it would probably be more money so I don't recommend it

I have a ps5. I think I'm going to buy a series X for starfield and any future Bethesda games, also fable. Unsure but tempted.

Xbox= upscaled backwards compatible library in gamepass, more power but at the end of the day not noticeable depending on display being used , aesthetically more pleasing, quick resume
Ps5=native video in-game audio recording,better controller ,UI , and exclusives .
I'm tempted to go back to PS5 for the first reason i listed
