The 3ds I'd say yes, it's not anytime soon that Nintendo will release a 3ds app for the online subscription but you are a bit late, the eShop for it is about to close and prices for consoles and physical games are skyrocketing.
For the GameCube, I feel like Nintendo is going to release NSWO app in the next few years just like they did Gameboy and GBA recently.
If you can find both these consoles at a reasonable price, go for it and modd them. (Note that you can play on the switch with a GameCube controller and the right adapter).

Look for plastic cleaning products on car detailing shops, they can clean the plastic without damaging it

A Tegra 2 paired with 16 GB. It's so low performance that has little sense. It also would be quite expensive. 4k DLSS isn't Tegra 2 range.

How do you believe a tegra 2 would be a waste? Or do you mean paired with 16gb? I personally think it will be 8/16gb and they will choose to go with a similar soc to the tegra. They have a tendency to go cheap but streamlined. As long as the games they create are incrementally better quality then the current switch it will be progress for Nintendo. 4k dlss 2.0 is the goal.

Also Angel Goat from Goat Simulator, where you have to not break anything for 5 minutes. Admittedly this one is pretty difficult as the second I'm in Goatville I suddenly have a hatred for fences, cars, and people's windows, but it is definitely still of the same vein.

Dude that’s funny a had a smidge on the front for along time . I got a cotton ball ipa and cleaned it worked for me

Moonwalker (walk backwards for 50 seconds) and Passive Observer (do nothing) from Everybody's Gone to the Rapture are two that come to mind. I love simple games like this though so i don't mind too much.
