Out of curiosity, what makes you say the Xbox is more user friendly? My opinion-As a 42 year old that’s only ever had PlayStation (all of them over the years), we recently bought my son an Xbox Series S and I would say the opposite. The PlayStation is easier to use in every way. But you’ve had an Xbox before and have experience with it so you might feel otherwise. I also prefer single player games so exclusives like God Of War, Ragnarok, Spider-Man and Miles Morales are some of my favourite games to play along with Jedi Fallen order and games like that.

I'd expect about 180 to 250 in that price range bud, I got my son a ps4 standard around 110 UK, and disc games unless newish aren't worth a tonne in my experience I'm afraid... but nonetheless you have a limited edition console so will always fetch more, imo OP it'd up to you to suggest what the extra limited edition side if the console is worth! Good luck!

Nintendo switch is going to have the best option for puzzles and adventure games with hogwarts legacy, BOTW and TOTK, any of the Zelda games are big puzzlers, Pokémon legends is very adventurous as well as the new mainlines, I've heard the rabids games are decent puzzlers, mario party superstars was fun and mario odyssey was amazing, plus the mario 3d collection from the Wii/GameCube era. If you're not interested in shooter games then I'd avoid the Xbox or PlayStations as that is their highlights. Though god of war was absolutely incredible. There's also a really decent downloadable collection of games that every so often get physical releases through limited run producers if physical is something you care about. Trover saves the universe is a big puzzler and I am having so much fun in it plus roiland is hilarious

Mario 64 was never multiplayer.

There is a multiplayer mod on Windows via emulation but interaction between players is a bit wonky.

For example, all the NPC's are produced client-side so everyone's enemies wander to different spots.

It's mostly just to play through the game with friends and collect different stars at the same time
