Get an xbox and ps5 then

I'm asking in the console sub, as I want a console not a pc!

Get a pc if you have a monitor and you can play all if not most xbox games and a ps5 for exclusives

I actually sold my pc for 1.1k to get a console, as pc isn't for me. Also i can't get a TV due to space, so I'm playing on a 1080p 144hz monitor

If money isn't an issue, buy a PC with Xbox Game Pass and a PS5. Hook them both up to an Oled TV.

I said in the post I play at 1080p on a monitor, as I don't have space for a TV, so I'm gonna be playing at 1080p

To start get a 4k tv then go from there if money isn't an issue as you say.

Yes and it's doesn't require anything that could get your Xbox account banned. Search for Gamr13 Series S or X emulation. It's a little fiddly to set up, but I've been playing PS2 games really well.

Why do players hate that?

Slippery climb is what I'm thinking of. It requires precise timing of jumps.

What do people get wrong about it?

Crash bandicoot castle ascent or whatever is called

the frame rate there never bothered me much although i understand what people were talking about. it was just a difficult area. toxic darts, those huge guys, tons of choke points, falls and very few places to retreat. also the bonfire is easy to miss and just when you think you've got it all dialed in the dogs breath fire.

Dark Souls blight town I remember was painful due to the brutal poisonous darts and the fact that the whole thing had terrible frame rate at the time I played (not sure if it was ever patched)

Off screen attacks mid jump. No thanks. It all came down to memorization and muscle control. Things my young brain lacked at the time.
