I’ve seen it be a night and day difference for some people, but I’m in the same boat as you where they didn’t help (antidepressants specifically for me).

They are worth trying, but I’d definitely recommend some evidence based therapy whether a pill works or not

I awoke after the accident, unable to move. I just remembered the botched bank robbery and my wheelman hitting a pedestrian and flipping over. I turned my head around to see a giant face staring at me.

This is just blatantly incorrect. Mental illness has a strong genetic component, meaning some people are so strongly predisposed to them that medical intervention is a necessity for them to live a non-horrible life. We ARE our brains, so when the brain lacks the chemicals to perform its tasks, that is a serious issue

As a big fan of Weird Al, I keep thinking people are talking about him when referencing A.I. technologies. It makes for some very odd double takes on my part.

Imo no one needs to be taking those. Took them both nearly 10 years ago and it never helped. Going natural is the only way to go from my wisdom and experience.
