Cumberland-MD-WV what does that even mean? Cumberland is in MD, list the town in WV if that's also a statistic

A Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) is a geographical region with a relatively high population density at its core and close economic ties throughout the area. MSAs can encompass multi-state areas. MSAs are defined by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.
