it's still very low, in italy on 40k gross you pay 27.5% of taxes plus the social contribution

Because it's not 15%.
Income tax alone is 20% on my gross income (different from full compensation). Other than that 30% of the total compensation goes to social contributions. These two concepts are mandatory and both go to the state, they are just organized this way because Spain.
Together they are around 45% of my total compensation. That's what most people would call taxes

Here are some ideas that might help.
- How many hours did you sleep
- Have you exercised today?
- Did you have an orgasm today?
- Did you poop today?
- On a scale of 1-10, how do you feel right now?
These are some of the things that I've seen in the group. I'm looking for ways to make it look better and interactive which might inspire me to trqck things often like some of the posters have but seems like a lot of them are in tech and knowledgeable in coding so they create it themselves.

That was published before the record temperature was recorded in Coningsby

Any ideas about what such tracking can be good for? I like the end result and thinking about tracking stuff myself, but I'm not sure what to track even.

Coningsby In Lincolnshire was the record spot, it does have an RAF base but it’s a bit rural.

When London got so warm we had to go to the tube to cool off in July…

My boss at Taco Bell showed how to do the proper portions of ingredients for a burrito. Turns out it was lighter than spec, and my seemingly lavish portions were actually almost dead-on. Those cheating mfs.

Yes but the highest temperature was recorded at Heathrow runway, when a fighter jet was taking off.

Created using ggplot in R and stitched together using image magick. Uses UK Met Office climate data.

Probably due to low nutritional value of typical restaurant food. E.g. a lot of meat with a low amount of vegetables will increase obstipation.

My thoughts when looking at this: holy crap that is a level of commitment to tracking that is beyond me. I feel like I'd love to do this, but I also feel like mine would be much less positive - I spend a lot more than 42 hours on Reddit for example. That's like a month for me.
