Actually they're still buying russian gas over resellers. And Russia is making 10x more profit through it.

It’s not beautiful data if you use codes in place of normal communication. There isn’t even a key.
What’s interesting is the comparisons, for the countries I can recognise anyway.

I live in NJ and don't see anyone offering less than $18/hr. Minimum wages across tge country have basically been rendered meaningless by inflation.

now combine it with data for the specific amino acids to find the product with the cheapest protein and a complete amino acid profile

I just want to point out that perception and reality are two vastly different things. The government and media was doing shady stuff this whole time, we're just more aware of it now. To a certain extent this increased distrust is a good thing. Unfortunately most people still only have one eye open. They're just noticing the shady stuff the "other side" is doing while being completely blind to their own sides shortcomings.

Peanut butter is a fat source, not a protein source. The calories from protein are like 12-15% but it's 70-ish percent fat.

I find it really interesting how you can see the large drops in economic confidence during the financial crises and the decline of confidence in the press since the rise of the internet

Everyone’s making a big deal out of it taking 15 votes this time around…
Isn’t it more concerning that the 435 people we elect to collectively represent us and our wildly diverse needs and opinions rarely requires more than one vote to obtain a majority?

I personally found it interesting regardless. Especially seeing the spikes for that one specific quarter.
I don't know where it's used specifically but it seems to be a lot of statistic pages use fratnp for France and grebntw for England and Wales

My point is that the leucine content generally is lower in plants and that's a limiting factor. Vegetables have a less ideal amino acid profile. As long as you get enough leucine you're good when it comes to muscle building.
Regarding the study you linked: if you look closer at the nutrient composition the protein intake and amino acid intake is roughly equal between the groups but the vegan group has a higher carb intake, and as we age we all become more or less carb intolerant and that's one of many drawbacks of a pure vegan diet. Other drawbacks are lack of micro nutrients that need to be taken through supplements unless extreme care is taken, and for practical reasons it's not easy to achieve compared with an omnivore diet.

No point? All these graphs presented together for no reason? Not to allow comparisons? Just a random assemblage of unrelated data?
What has “American” got to do with understanding “fratnp” or “grebntw”? What country are you from and what language or codified standard is this? Does the whole world understand it and not this poor ignorant Australian?

They wont be able to export it. You need infraestructure to export natural gas, pipelines or LNG ports. And Russia lost or closed several pipelines and only have LNG facilities to export less than 20% of their natural gas production
Therefore, they are exporting 60% less natural gas in december 2022 (5.7b metric tons) than in december 2021 (13.6b.)

It is a change in demand. They rely more on Norway, but not much. They significantly reduced demand overall. Another visualization:
