This is the Siberian Autonomous Okrug. And its form is a present for you.

Football (shudder… soccer) fan from England.
My own stadium (St James Park) in Newcastle is the only U.K. club soccer stadium in the centre of the city, and it’s due a revamp due to new ownership.
Any American examples of stadiums that are located downtown but make really good use of the space around it for public square etc?

Yes the dots are difficult to read, but connecting them with a line is misleading because it suggests a continuum when it is actually categorical. You need to find another way to present this in a readable way. Have you considered a double sided bar chart?

And the 9ers play zero games a year in San Francisco because they built their stadium 40 miles south of the 800,000 person city they are in. Which is roughly 8x larger than Green Bay.

You can say San Francisco refers to San Francisco Bay. Levi’s Stadium is less than 2 miles from the bay shore.

Packers played 4 games a year in Milwaukee for 40 years. They only went full time again after Lambeau was renovated in the 90s.

I agree there's wealth inequality (and growing rapidly), and it has a huge play in situations like this... but ignoring "identity politics" doesn't help us solve these issues any quicker.
No one is saying it's only because white people don't like ___ people except the people that get immediately pissed when they see posts like this. It's a systematic issue, and one of the key issues is wealth disparity. But I hope you also see that's the issue. That's the entire problem. Your "solution" is also the problem. That's why they have tried to tackle identity politics...to solve the wealth inequality.
edit: Still want to clarify your first comment...definitely off the wall lol

Stalin had no interest in the people. He was only interested in the Soviet Union. Communism was an idea that completely ruled out nationalism, and Stalin therefore slaughtered the nationalists, but Stalin himself was not a nationalist and had nothing more to do with Russia.

Frankly, it was true that the Russians in Crimea were quite anti-Ukraine. The same is true of Donbas's Russians. In fact, Donbas has more ethnic ukrainians, but the Russians tried to incite them into pro-Russia. There are numerous Russian diasporas in the world, but Russians in Ukraine are particularly severe.
The Russians in Kazakhstan don't have that inclination.

A note - people of the same ethnicity are defined by sharing the same common cultural background or descent, so there's a huge variability among self-identifying Russians, they can't be separated from the other ethnicities by certain alleles of genes. Historically Russians were mixing up with other ethnicities that lived in regions, and also people who moved to Russia often started to call themselves "Russians" in the second or third generation, so percentages here are more cultural than anything else.

This is a shitty graph. This needs to be as a per capita of population or something. But per capita where? In the world, potentially, as these are recruiting global talent. Asians are far over represented vs whites in tech.

Because the US is one of the most racially diverse countries.
It’s easy for no one to notice racial issues in a homogeneous society. Nearly all countries in the world are basically ethnostates.

note that the most diverse company (Amazon) has a large warehouse operation.

There is no democracy in Crimea and Russia had no right whatsoever to annex Crimea as they signed an international declaration promising never to do so and filed it with the UN.

When you say "dominated" you really mean "majority". It is the only part of Ukraine where ethnic Russians had a majority in the last last census before Russia invaded.
