This is actually a really cool graph. What it is showing is that the total water in storage now is far higher than it is in a typical year at the same calendar date, and that most of it is in the snow pack.
But that does not equal an end to the drought. The drought has been multiple years of below median total water storage, and it will take several consecutive years of gains like this to recover from the drought.

And Louisiana?

What this shows is that almost nobody moves to LA, AL, VT, or ME? I'm struggling to understand the correlation and explanation for this data.

It's a way for ETECSA (Cuba's state telecom monopoly) to get hard currency. Left your foreign phone on? Wait till you get home and see the next bill. My wife left her US chip in her phone for a day, made a couple of calls and used nav. $232.

I know a couple of elderly people who still have a license but haven't been driving for years. My Mom kept hers for maybe 15 years after she stopped.

"Football", listed first, refers to soccer, which is the most popular team sport.

I pay $65 US/month for limited calls, text and data in Cuba. It is slow, drops connections and shuts down whenever there's a crisis. Add to this thought that $65 is three times the average monthly salary. Most heavy users (like my family) get their service paid by people who don't live in Cuba or have pensions in the US.
I agree that Rogers sucks, but you're not paying three times the average monthly salary to be abused.

Just a nitpick. The two listed indian songs are not by bands. One is a song for a movie, Akshay Kumar is not the singer but the guy who appears in the movie. The other one is a single artist like Katy perry or Justin Bieber, not a band.

If you don't listen to them you wouldn't know them. But they are extremely popular in the circles that they are popular in.

I currently live between Mexico and Cuba. In Mexico I get unlimited calls, texts, social networks plus 3 GB of misc for about $15/month. Service is good and fast. In Cuba I have to pay about $65/month for limited calls, texts and data. Service is terrible, coverage comes and goes and the speed is s-l-o-w. We always know when something unflattering for the government is happening because they cut the cell service.

Two of those top 4 sports are being controlled economically or spearheaded by India. Field hockey and cricket.

I dont understand, why would the deficit be measured against something other than the median?

The drought is also expressed in soil and groundwater storage. That is still low. Is there a way to get at that part of the California drought story?

Nah this isn’t gonna “fill it up.” Not even close - these are high relative to the median, the total water deficit is much greater.

Another reason to spend tax money on public transport. People 70+ should absolutely not be driving.
