What are YOU fucking talking about?
"On 29 March 2017, the British government formally began the withdrawal process by invoking Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union with permission from Parliament."

Brexit didn't become formal in 2017. What are you talking about? They had barely started negotiations at that point.

i've added 7 mins (5 for waiting for the meal, 2 for getting in/out of the stadium) to every time, both running and walking

I think it would be interesting to show viewership of the superbowl during the same period.

The last 6 years have been weird in that they have really stayed the same.
Seems like it was strictly quadratic/power up until 2016 or so.

I guess I just don't get the point, why would you want to leave the stadium in the middle of a game? Higher quality food (this data doesn't support this meaning), shorter lines? I know you can't answer, its just confusing, and seemingly pointless.

Building up the largest empire on earth. They pretty much peaked in the 1900s

I'd love to see a version of this with British history in addition to American. Britain didn't participate in the American Civil war, but they had their own wars in the mean time that may have affected things.

It is interesting to fit a trend to this data. The least-squares fit of a 3-parameter logistic (Time = years since 1966) is:
548328.1273 * logistic(0.078376864 * Time - 4.852042189)
...which is over 5 times over-determined and has an apparent proportionate reduction in variance of 98.9%.

- Thank you!
- I'm not from England but I'm assuming they can give out fish&chops in boxes with lids on so you can run with it
- I got the sources from Google Maps, which doesn't show in-stadium kiosks; however the shop closest to Tottenham is literally just across the street

To some degree every band has a producer and sound engineer, but my honest belief is that if you look at the catalog of say Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, etc, etc, that most of the songs were written and produced with no input at all from the people who eventually perform the music as their own.
Everyone knows this but we somehow can't talk about the fact that the "musicians" who are promoted in the mass media don't make their own music, they are given tracks and assigned songs based on brand fit.
And in case anyone things I am sounding like some conspiracy theorist, look up just Dr. Luke and Max Martin and see their discography, the two single handily made all pop music from 2000 to 2020.

I'm confused what the difference between the blue line and the blue dots is.
As for your point though, see "probability matching"

It looks like the majority of predictions through the years are people just believing the current trend will continue and then changing their opinion when the market changes.

But I'm really glad all these stupid companies are spending millions for one ad buy, instead of, you know, making a better product or making the existing product cheaper.
Never lower prices! Just make people pay more so we can tell them what a great choice they made.

90 degrees out of phase, the cosine to the Stock Market's sine.

Super Bowl ads are so over-produced. It makes me grateful that money restricts these ad agencies from subjecting people to this stuff all the time.
