Probably no location that reports to national weather service. I’m in one of the shitty places that’s higher yearly average than the highest number on this scale.

If there is one team I can guarantee(-ish) will not win, that is England. Always hot in, thinking they are the best, but their inflated egos never get them anywhere. When that is said, England for sure has some great young talent coming up.
