I cook the beef in my pressure cooker, drain, and then add finely diced peppers and onions, a canned tomato sauce (a store brand I love), Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, a little mustard, a little vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Then I let the whole thing slowly simmer in the pot for at least an hour, pretty simple, really!
