There is a fair amount of air in the frosting, indicating a process that goes right from mechanical whipping/mixing to pasty bag. Do some low speed passes or even let it rest and manually mix to eliminate air and clean up the output from the tip.

Bigos is probably my favorite winter cold night meal and then my meal for the next week as well. Always eat it with a bunch of fresh dill, black bread, and good butter.

Did you do fresh cabbage and kraut or just kraut?
