Yes but not cats. Before you dictate your ethics on me, I can’t go vegan due to my health issues. Before you say it’s not possible, I have gut disorder, chronic pain, and neuro issues that i manage with ketogenic diet. I can’t digest legumes, soy, wheat and many other things but dogs are OK

Heats up and cools down quickly. Great for sauces, candies, desserts, etc. Not great for high heat searing meats.
They are a staple in French cooking though. Mauviel is the famous maker
