I think it's the best way cook any large cut of beef you want to serve at less than medium.

Ok, I failed French in high school twice, over a decade ago. Lemme take a stab at this translation:
Watch out for your fingers with a mandoline!

Is that a garlic clove? Raw, unpeeled, chillin'.

That was my main dish bro, I know it doesn't look like much but it's pretty satisfying.

If this is the starter, what was the main course?

Not a big lobster guy myself, but I’d be lying if I said it didn’t look appetizing. Looks like money well spent glad you enjoyed it.

That’s just what the menu said. It did come out sizzling like mad and then they poured the curry sauce in it and it made even more noise. It was also spicy. Honestly it made me super happy so I don’t know why they call it that.

Rasmalai is an Indian sweet made with cottage cheese and flavoured milk rich in cardamom and saffron. The cake uses similar components and is very similar to the original sweet.

Do you have a preferred method or recipe? It looks incredible and I have never heard of it.

There's a huge lettuce shortage now. Even iceberg is like 10 bucks a head.

Yeah, I always use a mandolin. I just always run into the eggplant being 2x the squash/ etc
