Purely fictional. There’s steak and then there’s steak you made for a sandwich

No problem! I sautéed jalapeños, Serrano peppers, onions, and mixed them with mayo afterwards. Don’t be shy to throw them on the burger. They have A LOT of good flavor.

Radish is traditionally served in slices on the side. It’s purpose is to help clear the heat from any hot sauce or peppers. The crunch is also a welcome texture, but mainly a way to cleanse the heat between bites.

Mind sharing the recipe for that white sauce? Don't see that on the IHOP version.

Best crab I ever had for sure. I’ve only had frozen crab from the grocery but this was cooked on the spot.

First I fried up the bacon pieces, set those aside, and removed a spoonful or two of the grease. Then sautéed some onions in it and added some minced garlic until fragrant. Mixed in a teaspoon of better than bouillon chicken flavor, then added the cabbage and combined it all together. Cooked on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring often. I added a few shakes of garlic and onion powder, paprika, black pepper, a couple pinches of crushed red pepper, and 2 tsp each of sugar and apple cider vinegar. I added maybe a third cup of water along the way to help it cook down. Then added the bacon pieces back.
It really doesn't need much if any extra salt, between the bacon and the salt in the better than bouillon, its plenty savory!
