I remember my daughter visiting my house and going into my fridge, exclaiming, "You have a cheese drawer!"
I love cheese and although I don't make my own, I do keep a variety on hand in a drawer in my fridge.
My daughter was killed earlier this year, and I think about her comment every time I open my fridge. ðŸ˜

If you're talking about the meat, every part of it (skin, lean) reflects light. Doesn't look dry at all.
If you mean "I'd like a sauce with all those chips", yeah I agree.

Based on the look of the steak, it seems to be just bordering well done. So it was probably originally rare or something. Also reheating it in a pan makes it easier to not overcook then reheating in the microwave or oven

And my third fridge has another 2 kg cheese drying in it, along with 10kg of amazing salami.
