Chopped Cheese =/= Cheesesteak
Cheesesteak is made with thin sliced beef, ideally ribeye. A Chopped Cheese is a burger patty that’s chopped up on a flat top and put in a roll by the guy at the bodega at 2am after you been walking home from a night out

Did you make the injera yourself?
I used to feel bad that I didn't have the talent until I saw the "Mama Fresh Injera" truck making its deliveries around Addis Ababa. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Everything looks good but - Trouble is the injera has the consistency and (imagined) taste of a used burn bandage - am not a fan!

I put butter/ olive oil mixture and lots of fresh dill. Hard sear it on both sides. The inside is almost like a gelatinous texture. Super good.

Thanks! I was just trying out slow cooking them as like to experiment sometimes. The flavour was really good but the criticism is fair as veggies would have been better with a crisp texture

I always confuse chopped cheese with chipped beef (SoS) and end up getting both.

I've been ordering this at my local deli but I didn't know what it was I just kind of made it. We have sliced tomatoes. It tastes like beyond a full meal
