Not at all, it's a common thing to do. There was plenty of bright flavors in the pasta so I opted against it this time.

Another tip That made a huge difference for mine. After it’s fully cooked put enough oil in a pan to cover the skin if you put it skin side down. Use half of the oil from the tray it cooked in and half vegetable oil,( I’m told any oil but olive). Put the skin side down while the skillet/pan is off, cool to touch. Turn the burner on med-high and turn a timer on for 8 minutes. At about that time it’s done and perfectly crispy

Me too, many of my nights end with a carton of blueberries and Greek yogurt. This time I thought id drunkenly throw it in to a loaf.

Not a Brooklyn thing - more a Bronx and Harlem thing. Of course you can probably find them anywhere now

The sourness of injira goes well with the savory stews. I'm not vegetarian but misir wot (red lentil stew) is delicious.

Most food truck cooks I know report their business as a clothing retailor to keep their amateur status for the Olympics.

I think it's just missing some sauce, what I usually do. I use the same pan where I made the Salmon, so I take the salmon out and pour some white cream sauce and add some Musterd, salt and peper to it. Give it a moment and in no time you have a delicious white sauce.
