It is so easy to make, here is the recipe:
- Mix milk, syrup, cream, and eggs together.
- Smear butter for a oven-safe bowl/pan. Cut fruits, and put fruits, cheese and shredded bread in a oven-safe bowl/pan. I directly use the frozen fruits purchased from the supermarket, so you can see the banana looks not very good. It will be better to use fresh fruit. Could also add almonds to enrich the flavor.
- Pour the liquid we made in step 1 to the oven-safe bowl/pan.
- 180 degree for 25-30 minutes. Cover the bowl/pan with tinfoil in the first 20 minutes.
- Decorate it with some other fruits.
Done! I find this is a really good way to waste the bread that is about to expire!

Had me confused at first...I was thinking that salmon looks brown and weird...then I saw it was wrapped in a galette which I've never seen. Interesting...being French Canadian I know a galette as being a desert cookie cuz that's what my grandparents called them. Makes me wonder how it tastes like.

Never been to New York but this thing looks overrated to me. Looks like it'd taste pretty much like a cheeseburger, just in a different form factor.

I didn’t think of it that way, I was just wondering why you felt the need to express that you’re not vegetarian. Not being vegetarian doesn’t mean you can like vegetarian dishes

Might be useful for vegetarians who want a vegetarian option.
I guess I phrased it poorly. No hate to vegetarians

They named every dish they made in the title. No one is beholden to what you think they should be making.

Why do you even need to say you’re not vegetarian? It’s not weird for meat eaters to like vegetarian dishes

Definitely Galettes from Brittany, been to Saint-Malo recently, exactly like this. The dough is darker than the crêpes one as it's made with buckwheat flour.

I just basically looked up a blueberry loaf recipe online and made a few modifications, adding less sugar, more baking powder and a lot more berries. I had some Lemon Curd in the fridge and thought this would go well on top. My next piece I tossed it in some egg and turned it in to a French toast with the curd on it. Sometimes I don't make the best choices when drunk lol.
