Beautifully well done! Nothing overly complicated but damn that looks delicious! Dishes like aglio e olio, ratatouille and your chili dogs there somehow become greater than the sum of their parts. And bonus points for using boar's head.

If the veggies were frozen or fresh, I would have steamed them. It retains the color and has a better texture. If I had to use canned peas, I would put them on the side.

As a chicagoan I'm slightly offended. As both a hot dog and brisket fan I'm withholding final judgement until tasting
