I bought a larger piece and cut it into 3 smaller fillets as it’s just easier to cook that way.

Use a mandolin to cut the vegetables very thin, and stack them upright next to each other.

Ingredients: potatoes, spinach, onion, beans. Spices: salt, pepper, ancho pepper, paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, jalapenos, garlic, soy sauce, water, chives, marjoram, olive oil, soup base of your choice. ( I think that's it)

Duuuuude! Looks dope!! I had to seek one of these out at what is allegedly the OG spot they were invented (obviously a few people claim that). Either way it’s considered a legendary spot. Blue Sky Deli (Hajji’s) in East Harlem. I had never had one before 10/10 would devour again.

I have used sodium citrate to make mac and cheese but with this recipe there isn’t any left overs to reheat. 😁
