I recently watched it too and now want to attempt to make some of her most famous recipes! Great job!

Nice, I made one of these for Christmas dinner, seared it and popped it in the oven at 200c for five minutes on the middle rack.
That garlic though... chef's kiss
I used seven smashed small cloves for two 10oz T-bones, I served with three with each steak after cooking them a bit more in the pan sauce, I had to negotiate splitting it with my darling mum haha. Bite of steak with a roasted garlic clove, and a bite of steak dipped in a red wine pan sauce finished with a pad of butter...
.... I may go to the butcher on Tuesday when he's open again, I feel like steak for some reason.
Edit: I may have cheated a bit though, I remembered the container of Montreal steak spice I had in the cupboard. A proper deli blend of that stuff is worth its weight in gold, it also makes unbelievable pastrami and smoked meat.

I just love the idea of skipping another chopping step since they're already spoon sized.

All the Russian treats I’ve had are so dense. It’s like one bite is all you’re supposed to have.

It's way more work to peel 30 of those than it is to run a knife through an onion. If you're buying fresh, that is.
