Reply to [Homemade] Arancini by Bloodfart2112
As a Sicilian native,I am thankful. As someone from Palermo though,I am sad you call it arancini.
For context:people from Palermo (capital of Sicily) call it ‘arancina’ and ‘arancine’ while people from Catania (and sadly the world) call it ‘arancino’ and ‘arancini’.This had caused disagreements obviously on which is true.

Oh also, if you have it your area, you can try using the La Boulangerie Croissant Toast bread. It’s basically a loaf of croissant bread, and it’s delicious. I sometimes just toast it and butter it, to have with coffee. I haven’t tried it yet, but I bet these are perfect for French toast as well - they are thicc. Only thing is they are expensive - you can find them at Whole Foods, #surprise. 😂

Sharp cheddar is well known, existed before the USA did. Sharp provolone? I dunno

You can also put 2 spaces at the end of a line.

If you use the bullets or the numbers, it will appear like this (you still type the double breaks, they just get collapsed).

Numbered lists are done this way automatically. Just start a line with a number followed by a period and a space. Annoyingly this will also renumber your list, starting at 1. So if you make a list that counts down instead of up or in some other order it will get overridden
- <- I put two here
- <- three here
- <- one here
You can also make a bulleted list with *, +, or -
Also you can just make new lines by ending a line with 4 spaces before hitting enter

It’s literally the perfect steak seasoning. I’m usually against store bought spice mixtures, but this is great

I find tri-tip to be a bit stringy that rare, even cutting against the grain. But that looks like a nice one. Makes great leftover roast beef too :)
